This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7476 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with. In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide Ref.No.S2(1)/015154/2022-8, dated 04.03.2022, passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, WRD, Public Works Department, Chennai. 3.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Engineer-in-Chief, WRD, Public Works Department, Chennai, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
