Respondents PRAYER in both WPs: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to Clause 8 of the prospectus for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET 2012) issued by the 2nd respondent with reference to eligible marks for pass fixed as 60% or more for OBC candidates and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide relaxation of 5% of mark in the eligible marks to pass TET examination in consonance to NCTE Regulations and G.O.Ms.No.181 School Education Department dated 15.11.2011 and thereby to declare the petitioner pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted on 14.10.2012.
