Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Registry is directed to return the original copy of the impugned order to enable the petitioner to pursue its remedies before appropriate authority in the manner known to law. No Costs.
