(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders orders in Crl.O.P.No.17138 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed and this case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.95 of 2020 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17138 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m and also appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of January 2021 and February 2021 and on the dates fixed by the concerned Magistrate Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
