The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to conduct elections by secret ballot to the Mohideen Andavar Pallivasal, Sultanpet, Kodumudi, Erode District.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, submits that the election notification has been issued and he has produced a copy of the same, which is placed on record. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
