Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 13.05.2025 for enquiry of the misappropriation of the funds in the year of 2022-2025 by the 5th respondent and irregularities in the Arcot Lutheran Church election held on 03.05.2025. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025, wherein the petitioner has alleged that the fifth respondent is indulging in misappropriation of funds and misusing the property of the church.

2. Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the first respondent is not the competent authority to deal with misappropriation of funds and if really such a criminal offence has been committed, it is left open to the petitioner to go to the concerned police station and give a complaint. Except giving this liberty, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed 2/4
