This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in representing the criminal revision as against the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.3270 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 106 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
