Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent from conducting an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner against himself and further directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 30.4.2019 and 10.6.2020 given by the petitioner in accordance with law. ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Vijaya Ragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. It is submitted by learned Government Advocate that the fourth respondent is dead. The relief is also claimed by the petitioner that enquiry should not be conducted against the petitioner.

3. As the fourth respondent is dead, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
