By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to process the petitioner's application for subdivision and transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey Nos.311/3, 310/2B, 311/2B, situated at Pallapatti Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation for subdivision and transfer of patta in his name for the property in Survey Nos.311/3, 310/2B, 311/2B situated at Pallapatti Village, 2/4

Salem Taluk, Salem District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for subdivision and transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
