The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondents police for alleged offences punishable under Section 498A, 323, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, in Cr.No.295 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner had quarrelled with the defacto complainant and caused physical and mental harassment and sent out from the matrimonial home situated at Thirumullaivoyal. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a false complaint has been given against the petitioners and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in Andhra Pradesh for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of six weeks from today to enable them to move to the concerned Court.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in Andra Pradesh and seek appropriate relief.
