(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2018.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1274 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 380, 427, 506(i) and 34 of IPC and the same is under investigation.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
