ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to waive off the load lend by the petitioner from the self help group by considering petitioner representation dated 07.12.2023 and consequentially direct the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the third and fourth respondents for removal of petitioner from the sukkampatti Self Help Group.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking waiver of loan and pass orders on

merits and in accordance with law, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.114 Cooperative, Food and Consumer safety (CC1) dated 03.12.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
