2.Heard Mr.G.R.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners and Mr.V.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
