This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings held into the charge memo in

Na.Ka.No.AD/7/48162/2021-(1) dated 08.01.2022 without further delay as the entire process has already been completed. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was employed as Regional Manager in the respondent Corporation. Pursuant to a surprise inspection, the respondent initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner by issuing a charge memo dated 08.01.2022. The petitioner states that enquiry was conducted and the Enquiry Officer has found the charges as proved, for which, the petitioner gave his explanation on 19.01.2023 to reject the findings of the Enquiry Officer and to drop the charges. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that, still no final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings and the petitioner has been kept under suspension. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for in the present writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo in Na.Ka.No.AD/7/48162/2021-(1), dated 08.01.2022, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
