O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2023 within a time frame.

2. The respondent herein filed a suit for specific performance. The petitioners were arrayed as defendants 1,3 and 4 in the suit. The petitioners filed a written statement as early as on 05.02.2024. It is further seen from the records, the death of the defendants 2 and 5 was reported and the suit has been adjourned for taking steps from 20.01.2025 to till date without any progress.

Taking into consideration, the suit is of the year 2023 and the defendants 1 to 4 had filed the written statement, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
