This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.11.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for a survey of the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.A.P.Sathyamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.11.2020 and take a decision with regard to survey of the property strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
