(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the respondents is still unable to inform us as to whether the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes has sent its comments or not in respect of proposal for inclusion of ''Kuruman'' as synonym of ''Kurumans'' in the list of Scheduled Tribes in Tamil Nadu.

2. We thus direct that the comments if already sent, can be made available to the petitioner, and if not already sent, be so sent within a period of one month from the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
