O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for revision petitioners submitted that the suit was originally filed before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, and subsequently, it was transferred to the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners has not received any instructions from the petitioners, and as such, he is not able to proceed with the case, and also expressed his inability to state as to what is the stage of the suit. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle today. 2.

In view of the said submission coupled with the endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 06.10.2016 sd
