This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd Respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on petitioners complaint in CSR No.3984833 dated 07.02.2013.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and a CSR was issued to the petitioner in the year 2013. After a lapse of thirteen years, it cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint based on a fresh cause of action
