2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though he applied for certified copy of the impugned Orders as early as on 25.02.2025, the copy was made ready only on 05.04.2025 and hence, the delay had occurred and the same is not wilful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objections in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with these petitions and taking note of the dispute between the parties, these petitions are Ordered and the delay is condoned. 31.07.2025 vrc To
