ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12816 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 with condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12816 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026, that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
