PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent institution for having run the institution without any recognition from the appropriate authorities from the year 2010 onwards and consequently forbearing the 5th respondent institution from administering from the academic year 2013-2014.

The petitioner seeks for the following relief: To issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent institution for having run the institution without any recognition from the appropriate authorities from the year 2010 onwards and consequently forbearing the 5th respondent institution from administering from the academic year 2013-2014.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite her earnest efforts she is not in a position to get any instruction from the petitioner with regard to the present state of affairs.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents submitted that the 5th respondent College was already closed and is not in existence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above statement may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.
5. Accordingly, by recording the statement made by the learned standing counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
