ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Section 498(A), 354, 294(b) of IPC r/w 34 of IPC & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Cr.No.2 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen from records that earlier anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioner and the same came to be cancelled by this Court by order dated 18.02.2019, made in Crl.O.P.No.16471 of 2017.
3.Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court cancelling the anticipatory bail, the petitioner has chosen to file another anticipatory bail before this Court.
4.In the considered view of this Court, this Court cannot entertain this anticipatory bail petition since passing any order in this petition will amount to reviewing the earlier order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16471 of 2017, and the same is barred under Section 362 of Cr.P.C.

5.It is left open to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek for a regular bail and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
