For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 01.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.32364 of 2022 , the contempt petition is filed.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has stated that, the order of this Court dated 01.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.32364 of 2022 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the District Collector, in Na.Ka.No.A1/2674/2019, dated 20.06.2023 stating that the compensation has been paid to the petitioners.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the quantum of compensation, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work the remedy in the manner known

to law.
