6767 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL OP.12594/2018 of On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. for a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] without any sureties and that, the petitioner shall engage an Advocate and give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court, in the event of Criminal Original Petition getting dismissed.

Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with until disposal of this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Registry is directed to post this matter along with Crl.O.P.No.11401 of 2018.
