ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from shifting the shop No.2238 from the existing building bearing door No.2/337-A (Shop) and 2/337-B (bar) of SF No.159/1 in Kalampalayam, Theethipalayam Village, Siruvani Main Road, Coimbatore-641 010.
2.Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 4 to 7 lodged a false complaint to the respondents 1 to 3 stating that the TASMAC shop run by the petitioner cause nuisance to the public and the complainant's
property. Therefore, the petitioner apprehend that the petitioner's shop would be shifted to some other place, which is cause irreparable loss to the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 after getting instruction from the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that as on date they respondents 1 to 3 have no idea of shifting the Shop No.2238 as contended by the petitioner.
5.In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the submission of the learned Standing Counsel may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.
6.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 7.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel
appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
