This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences as under Sections 118(1), 224(b) of BNS instead of 118(1), 324(b) BNS in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.13172 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this case was registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 118(1) and 224(b) of B.N.S. whereas in the anticipatory bail petition, the said sections were inadvertently typed as Sections 118(1) and 324(b) of B.N.S..
