This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14562 of 2022 i.e., on condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that on condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
