These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 824 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement as against the deceased 1st respondent in S.A.No.564 of 2019 (ii) to set aside the abatement, as abated against the deceased 1st respondent in S.A.No.564 of 2019 (iii) to bring on the record the respondents 5 to 9 herein and rank them as respondents 6 to 10 in S.A.No.564 of 2019 as the legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter on 14.08.2025.
