ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking production of her daughter whose date of birth is 12.02.2005.

2. The detenue along with Murali who she claims to have married on 01.06.2026 had surrendered before the Cuddalore Police Station and detenue is produced before this Court today accompanied by the said Murali.

3. The petitioner, i.e., mother of the detenue is also present in Court. Since there is no dispute in regard to the date of birth of the detenue, she being aged 21 years plus as on date, we record the same and close this Habeas Corpus Petition. No costs.
