This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(b)(i) in Crl.O.P.No.14224 of 2024 on 18.06.2024

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
