Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with subject to the result of a Special Leave Petition preferred by them vide S.L.P.No.7149 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He also produced a Sanction Order in F.No.52/CC/TN/12/2016-FF(SZ) (CF No.3432509), dated 05.07.2021.

The Sanction Order issued by the respondents is taken on record and the Contempt Petition is closed as having been complied with the order of this Court, subject to the result of the Special Leave Petition.
