Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, particularly the 1st respondent's impugned proceedings dated 01.03.2024, vide Re.Na.Ka.No.2527/2023/R4 and to quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to take necessary action taken for restoration of the petitioner's house and shop portions, along with a fair compensation for hasty steps to acquired the subject land, situated at Mettu Street, Mettupatti Village, Melpatchapettai, Harur Town, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, Ward No.5, comprised in Village Survey No.16/5B, measuring on the East to West 11 Feet and South to North 47 Feet (including shops Nos.5/70 A-3, 5/70 A-4, 5/70 A-5, 5/70 A-6 and 5/70 A-7) or any other alternative remedies to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 14.03.2024.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
