ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition (3) imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 16643 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26391 of 2024, by an order dated 27.11.2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturdays of every month at 10:30 AM, until further orders. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has not been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Though the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) opposed the application on the ground that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions, this Court notes that the petitioner is a manager of a private finance company. Considering that the condition is of the year 2024, the condition imposed in paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P. No. 16643 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 26391 of 2024, is hereby relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
