There is an order of the Master, dated 22.08.2011 that except for the defendants 3, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16 & 17, all other defendants have been served and the service has been completed.

Office has also put up the necessary summons in the Court bundle. According to which, D2 and D4 were served on 09.10.2010, D5, D6 & D7 were served on 21.10.2010, D9 was served on 11.10.2010, D10 & D12 were served on 12.10.2010 and D13, D18, D19, D20 & D21 were served on 30.09.2010. 3.

There has been vakalat filed on behalf of the first defendant alone. However, written statement has not been filed on behalf of the first defendant. The learned Master has also dismissed the suit as against the defendants 3, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16 & 17 by the very same order dated 22.08.2011. The other defendants are set ex-parte.

Office is directed to post this matter before the learned Additional Master No.II for recording ex-parte evidence. For appearance of the witness representing the plaintiff by 17.11.2016.
