The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire due from the respondents had been remitted to the applicant and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application.

2. He would also submit that pursuant to the said order, Advocate Commissioner warrant has been issued and initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner had been paid.

3. In view of the said settlement, the warrant of the Advocate Commissioner is recalled.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
