Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings Lease and Rent Contract Act 18/60as amended by Act 23 of 1973 and 1/80, praying against the Judgement and decree in R.C.A.No.335 of 2005 on the file of VII Small Causes Court, Chennai on 15.12.2005 confirming the Judgement and decree in MP.48/2005 in R.C.O.P.no.1776 of 2003 on the file of the XII Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai dated 21.02.2005. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Raghupathy For Respondents : Mr.V.Balaji for RR2 to 4 : Respondent 1 died.

The above Civil Revision Petition arises out of Rent Control Proceedings and the revision is filed by the respondent/tenant.

The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord would submit that inthe execution proceedings initiated by the landlord possession has been taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 28.04.2006.

Therefore, nothing survives for the consideration in the above Civil Revision Petition, as the execution proceedings has also been terminated on 15.09.2006.
