Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take action petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2023 within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, he and 12 other persons are residing in a land belongs to the third respondent/Konthandaramar Temple, Chengalpattu Nagar, Chengalpattu Taluk. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 2 to 4 on 19.05.2023 requesting them to permit the petitioner and others to pay ground rent for the land and enable them to occupy the property. It is the case of the petitioner that his representation has not been considered by the official respondents. 2/4
3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR &CE) takes notice for the respondents and on written instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and a reply was given to him on 28.07.2023 and the same has also been acknowledged by the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further orders are required in this Writ petition and accordingly the same is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the reply given by the third respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate Authority.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
