Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, in consideration of the petitioners' representation, dated 16.05.2019. 2.
Heard Mr.M.Vijayamehanath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petitions, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioners and conduct enquiry on the representations submitted by the petitioners, dated 16.05.2019, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
