This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the letter dated 02.07.2024 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that the adjudication is already passed by the competent court under Section 5 of the TNPID Act and the criminal case is still pending on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

3. This court is not in a position to accede to the request of the petitioner. If at all the petitioner wants to take over the property, they can also participate in the public auction and disburse the property to the members. The petitioner can also seek any other arrangements in the concerned court and not before the writ court. In this regard, he can file a necessary application before the Special Page 2/4

Court. On such application is filed, let the Special Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
