This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 377 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.270 of 2009, dated 01.04.2024 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases FAC, Salem.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
