This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.193 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, palacode.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated for dispensing with the production of the certified copy of the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.193 of 2014. Therefore the petition to dispense with production of certified copies of the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.193 of 2014 is dispensed with for the present.

Accordingly this petition is ordered.
