This petition has been filed seeking for leave.

2. This Court had passed the order in the Writ Petition on 23.06.2023 based on the stand that was taken by the Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation. Insofar as the grievance that has been projected by the petitioner, the same cannot be gone into in this petition. If the petitioner association has any independent grievance on they being evicted from the old flower market, it has to be agitated separately and the same cannot be made as subject matter in this Writ Petition.

3. In the result, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
