ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.52 of 2020, dated 01.03.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and now the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.323 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur.

3. Since adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
