ORDER

This Court by an order dated 19.11.2018 disposed of the Criminal Original Petition No.26673/2018, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent filed the status report, stating that the Sanction Order 1/3

for A2 and A3 were obtained, from the Personal Assistant to Collector (Development), Krishnagiri on 19.08.2019 and the sanction order for A-1 was obtained from the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Secretariat, Chennai on behalf of the State Government, on 04.11.2019 and after obtaining the Sanction Order, Charge Sheet was filed before the Hon'ble Special Court/CJM, Krishnagiri on 06.11.2019. Hence, the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2018, has been complied with.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
