O R D E R

The petitioners were released on anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.8315 of 2018 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 04.06.2018 on certain conditions, one of which is that, the petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for one month. Seeking modification of the said condition, this petition has been filed. 2.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners surrendered before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate on 18.06.2018 and furnished securities and thereafter, they are complying with the condition by reporting before the respondent police till date.

3.Since the petitioners are ladies, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed.
