O R D E R

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 11.08.2018 passed in W.P.No.27612 of 2017.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the Government considered the representation as well as the proposals and issued an order in G.O.Ms.No.69, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Disposal Wing, LD-1(1) Section, dated 28.01.2020. Pursuant to the Government 2/4

Order, the District Collector, Chennai also passed an order on 29.01.2020. This being the factum, the order passed by this Court on 11.08.2018 has been complied with and no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present contempt petition.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
