ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J. through video conferencing] The petitioner, challenging the E-Auction Sale Notice dated 01.12.2020 issued by the 1st respondent, has filed this writ petition. This Court, while entertaining the writ petition, has passed a conditional interim order dated 18.12.2020 and the same has also been complied with.
2. Mr.N.Somasundar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents/bank, on instructions, would submit that the auction sale proceedings in pursuant to the impugned E-Auction Sale Notice did not fructify into any desired result and therefore, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, in order to arrive at an amicable settlement, has also submitted a representation for One Time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Settlement (OTS) offer and if it is so advised and if it is available to him under law, he is always at liberty to pursue his further remedy.
4. In the light of the fact that there is no bidders in respect of the impugned E-Auction Sale Notice dated 01.12.2020, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
