Heard the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent who would submit before this Court the proceedings of the Block Development Officer dated 5.12.2019 in e/f/No.3628/2016/tm2, addressed to the Government Pleader as well as the proceedings of the Head Officer dated 11.12.2019, in e/f/tm2-3628-2016 M. SATHYANARAYANAN, J.

2. Learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that nobody has prevented the people from using the public road runs from Athuvambadi Eri Kodi to Kottaimalai of Athuvambadi Village. The letter of Block Development Officer, dated 5.12.2019 addressed to learned Govt. Pleader, High Court as well as the proceedings of the said official dated 11.12.2019 in e/f/No.3628/2016/tm2 are taken on file and record.

3. In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum, if he is so advised.
