This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. Despite serving notice on the R-2/insurance company and their name printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Therefore, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner / appellant / claimant is not entitled to any interest for the default period, in the event of succeeding in the Appeal.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
